CS Code Broken?

Ive been having some issues recently but just made some edits to a few pages on my site which seems to be broken now. I went to check on it from a different browser and this is all that is showing.

Is this a problem with CS or is it a plugin problem with CF7?

It is happening on all pages that I have contact forms on.

Hi there,

It seems that Cornerstone is disabled on your site. You will get only the shortcodes of the elements when you don’t have Cornerstone active on the site.

Kindly go to WP Admin > Plugins then enable Cornerstone.

Jade it is activated and this is still happening. I haven’t been able to upgrade to 6.2.5, could that be the problem?

Edit - I know CS is activated because my homepage (pcsportscards.com) is working perfectly fine.

Just checked and I have the most up to date version of X Theme and Cornerstone is up to date and enabled/activated.

This is very disheartening because it was working perfectly fine this morning. I added a new section to this page and now it’s down for no apparent reason.

Hi again,

I tested CF7 plugin on my local setup and it’s working fine when I add the form in any page. I then checked your page and I see a warning that says X is running without Cornerstone. with an error:

However on your homepage everything is working as expected then there must be something with the pages where you’ve added the contact form shortcode. How did you add the shortcode? Can you please edit those pages in Cornerstone, remove the newly added section that created this problem and then try adding a new section and in classic raw content element paste your contact form’s shortcode?

If it doesn’t work then disable all third party plugin including CF7 and see if this works.

Let us know how this goes!

So I removed the code and it still didn’t work.

I added a classic raw content box (usually I was just putting shortcodes in text boxes which I guess is wrong)?

I went to disable all of the third party plugins and now I can’t even login to my admin portal. Very broken now :confused:

Ok, after getting back into it and disabling all of the third party plugins the site is back up but I am still just missing the forms.

I think all of my problems occur when I attempt to migrate my page from a standard http site to https. Everytime I do it something on here breaks.

So this is definitely a compatibility issue with a SSL certificate. Can anyone walk me through how to make this work?

All issues are on pages with Contact Forms. They all, for some reason, decide not to work with this SSL certificate. If I remove HTTPS and revert back to HTTP the error goes away. PLEASE HELP.

Hi,

Try to install this third party plugin.

Better Search Replace - https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/

Then do a search and replace

Search for:

http://pcsportscards.com then replace it with https://pcsportscards.com and
http:\/\/pcsportscards.com then replace it with https:\/\/pcsportscards.com

Make sure to change your url as well under General Settings

Don’t forget to create full backup of your site before doing anything.
