CS Code appearing when I post link to site

Hi there, This is a recent post-upgrade problem, it was fine previously.

When I post a link to my site somewhere eg skype or in this instance Microsoft teams, instead of copy from the page I get Cornerstone code.

Can you advise how to get rid of that or if you have any idea why it’s happening.
