Crossed Out Standard Price Not Showing in Woocommerce

Good day team!

I just noticed that the crossed out standard price in Woocommerce is not showing… only the Sale price is showing . So users might think that this is just the standard pricing… Also, there is the “SALE” notice in the product. Still it’s nice to be showing the crossed out standard price. Please help.

I also received a notice on the Dashboard that my Theme has old Woocommerce templates? Does this have something to do with it? Thanks a lot!

Hey @streetlifebahrain,

I just tested all stacks of our theme and the sale price is shown.

That means that there’s something in your site causing the issue. It’s most probably a plugin or a custom code.

Try the following solutions.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Version Compatibility

If none of that helps, please consult with a developer to fix the issue as this surely not an issue with our theme.

The WooCommerce message could not cause the issue you described. The version of our WooCommerce templates just needs to be updated and it will be released in the next version of the theme.

Thanks a lot for your guidance! I deactivated plugins one by one and saw that “Jarvis shop assistant” was the culprit :). I sent a message to the plugin developer as I like the plugin a lot and would still like to use it sometime in the future.
