Critical error issue cornerstone

Hi - I am getting the following error message on my website, www.moxie.design.

Fatal error : Call to undefined method ReflectionParameter::hasType() in /home/lizmcmillen/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/Util/IocContainer.php on line 40

How can I resolve this issue?
