Critical Error, Can't Load Admin Panel

I’m troubleshooting a website which apparently suffered from an out of date Contact Form 7 plugin (which I was notified by email of). Here’s the situation:

– Main site appears to work now
– wp-admin doesn’t load

Here’s what I’ve tried:

– renamed all plugin folders
– renamed default theme folder
– replaced all WP core files
– repaired database tables in phpmyadmin

So far, none of this has worked. I can’t understand what there could be left to do at this point.

I suggest that you enable the WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php so that you will know what causing the error or you can check the logs.
