Critical error after updating from xtheme 9.0.8 to 9.1.2

I have WP 5.8.1 with cornerstone version 6.0.8. All updates always worked without problems before. Today I updated x theme to 9.1.2 and got the critical error page. I used namecheap’s backup restore to rollback and the site now works. Why do I have problems in this update?

It might be the PHP version is the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 by contacting your Hosting Service provider and checking if that issue resolves or not.
If that does not resolve your issue, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your staging site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

It used to work before with the same PHP version. I was not upgrading PHP because on another host, cornerstone stopped working and didn’t load the page elements in the editor. Anyway, please check the login details.

I have checked your website and found that the Critical Error is showing at Tools > Site Health which is related to the PHP version. I would suggest you again update the PHP version to 7.4 and check if that resolves your issue.
