Critical Error after migration

Hello we migrated a site over to a new server but when we access wp-admin there is a critical error

Thank you for the credentials, please update your PHP version to 7.4, the minimum recommended version.

Please contact your hosting on how you can update the PHP version on your site.

I checked your server configuration. I went ahead tested with PHP function ( phpinfo();) to get the PHP version and it seems that you are using PHP 7.0.33 version.

I would suggest you update the PHP version to 7.4. It is also recommended by WordPress as well please have a look at this article.

that is very weird within Cpanel it says its on 7.4
