Creative contact form 4 help

i downloaded the template but it shows up blank
does it not include all of the
content for contact forms as well?
or do i need to try to create the form after?

Hello Bruce,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you have already installed the Creative contact template from the Design Cloud. To use that template you need to go to page —>Click on the Load Template —>Select the Template —>Insert.

Please make sure you have installed “Contact-form-7” plugin. The template doesn’t create Form for you, ti’s you need to to create and set it trough elements.
