Creating transparent menu that turns white upon scroll down

Hello,

I’m trying to make the menu background transparent on the landing page. When you scroll down I would like the menu background to turn to white:

How can I achieve this?

I don’t see any menu there. You mean transparent header? You can do that by having multiple header bar, 1 transparent and one with solid background while sticky position is active.
