Creating small menu for some pages

Hi,

We would like to create a small menu for some Product pages that send people to the contact page and download page f.i.
We think the Volvo it does is very elegant: the small blue menu that flies out hovering over it)

Volvo XC60

Is there a way to create this in a simple way?
(With PRO menu possibilities or f.i. with superfly - but then it needs to be smaller than the complete vertical page).
We dont want to create a widget area that pushes the page-items to the left…
The menu should be sticky on a special hight and go over the page items.

Regretfully, currently, there is no such option available for what you are referring to. But you can try out with a few free plugins available in the WordPress repository.
