I have 4 categories, I want to link each category to there own individual page where I want to have all the posts pertaining to that category on said page. Is this possible with the expanded gym demo.

Thank you for writing in, I’m not entirely certain what do you mean by silos, but yes it is possible to have a page that lists your posts in the same category. Actually, Wordpress already have this pages named archive pages.

But you want a standard page that can be edited in Cornerstone, you can also do that and utilizing the Essential Grid for creating a grid of posts.
