I use the Renew stack, child theme installed. I’d like to created a secondary menu below my main menu (see attached image for example). Where would I go to do that and how? Thank you so much for the help!

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully there isn’t an option to add a secondary menu in X theme. It can be done with custom development which will be outside the scope of our support. Perhaps you can check out this thread for other alternative:
