Creating First Blog Post

Hi, on Kory’s video Layout Builder: Single Templates, he says at the 7:00 mark “now let’s create our first single post from scratch”, and then proceeds to set up the single post using one of the templates. However, once he selects the template, it populates with content he must have already created beforehand (the blog text and featured image). Wouldn’t creating that content actually be the first step one should do? And would that be done using the classic WP editor and saving as a Post?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for reaching out.
The Predefined Template is set with the elements which are showing the content from the Post by default, which might have been created through any Editor or Page Builder.
