I would like to give website visitors the possibility to write testimonials who will displayed on a page, is it something we can do with pro il we only know css code ? (i know there is some dynamics content possiblity with pro)
Or is it better to find a plugin ?

Regretfully there is no option for that at the moment, it would require custom development. I would suggest you please contact a developer who can assist you with your concern or you can subscribe to Elite or you can search for a plugin in the WordPress plugin repository. Please note we don’t provide custom development support or any third-party plugin support. It is out of the theme support scope.
