Created custom Login Page, now I can't logout

Hey There,

I created a custom login page using WPForms. I checked their website and the logout link they use is the same as the one that I found in the X forums. I tried a few different ways to add the logout link **http://mysite.com/wp-I also tried using the http://example.com/wp-login.php?action=logout with my site in place of example.
I also tried html Logout with my site in place of example.

I even tried a plugin as a last resort and that didn’t do anything.

Please help!

I worked on this all day and figured out it was a piece of bunk code I wrote.
