"Create" Templates Option in Settings

Hello,
In the new X-THEME settings, we have give access for our Editor level users to manage Pages, Posts, Templates, and Global Blocks (this is a client that will not allow access to 3rd party developers, so I cannot share access).

However, we noticed that editors still do not have the option to create Templates, and there is no option in the Templates settings to create templates. That said, Editors can access templates, but they cannot create them.

Can you let me know how to give our Editors access to create templates?

Thanks for asking.

As of now Editor user role can’t create Templates. I tried saving few elements as template while logged in as Editor and I am getting error message Unable to save template. I think it’s a bug that I can replicate on my end also. Have added the same into our issue tracker for our developers to take a look.
