Create Separate Blog Post Pages

Hi!

I have the domain: https://calamiaresort.com

I want to have a regular Blog Page that is Called Cala Mia Blog where Ill be posting regular things regarding the resort, with posts that are marked with the cathegory cala-mia-blog.

I also want a separate page called Fishing Reports, where I want to display only the posts with the category fishing-reports.

How do I set this up?
Under Customize Ive chosen the post Page to be Cala Mia Blog. But where do I choose that only the posts with the cathegory cala-mia-blog should be displayed here?

Ive also created a new Page called Fishing Reports. But how do I make this a blog page, and only display the posts with the category fishing-reports?

There is actually a separate archive pages for each categories for post which you can find here:

So what you can do is to add the categories as a category menu item in the menu settings:
