Create second nav bar toggle

Good morning, I would like to create a toggle for my secondary nav bar and I am currently a bit stuck .

I have seen it here https://camperreport.com and would like to do the same with some of my categories.

Replicating the layout that you are looking for in navigation bar as shown in the sample website will require some custom development work which falls outside the scope of support we can offer.

However, the closest module that I think will help you to get start would be Navigation Layer element in header builder.
