Create page single column

Have come back to Pro after some time away, to find it all changed !! I am trying to create a page with a single column.

When I go into Page Builder, I am offered the choice of starting from Scratch, Use Template or Clone existing.
If I select From Scratch, I am offered to Choose a Layout of Template. The layouts start at 2 columns.
I apologise if this is a silly question and if I am missing the obvious, but how do I create a page with a single column?

In case you want one column layout, you need to select the one-column layout. It would insert the one-column layout. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
