Create one page scrolling with a 'Navigation Inline' menu

Hello, I am trying to create one page navigation using the element ‘Navigation Inline’ and selecting a menu created Appearance > Menu > Custom Link. The custom links are using the section CSS ID’s as the URL’s.

The issue I am having is that when viewing the page and clicking the menu links, nothing happens. How do I get this menu to work please (i.e. scroll to the specific section on the page)?
