How can I create a blog template that looks like medium’s?

Making a medium like blog page need custom development. we are really sorry but this is something out of our theme support scope. X and Pro supports child theme so you can do any customization through child theme without affecting the parent theme for future update.

We would encourage you to please hire a developer to do this for you.
