Create Header with Template with Assignments

Is there a way to replace the existing header with a tco or create a new one and copy over assignments?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully there is no replace feature in the theme that it replaces everything. They do have specific functions. The template (tco) can be used to be imported or exported to another site. The template can save all the layout, elements, fonts, color, etc except for the assignment. The assignment is a separate and independent feature from the template. It is actually part of the header builder.
