I have been playing around with the editor, but I cannot find the way to create boxes with questions inside one after another similar to the image below:

How could I create this? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out.
You can create a similar structure by using the grid element and configuring the settings based on the design you’re trying to achieve. I have tried to create a similar structure in the local environment and it works for me. Please find the video which will help you to replicate the process I followed.
