Create a sticky scroll down page

Hello, I’m having trouble designing a page with a sticky element on one side and a scrollable element on the other. I’ve tried using the layout from the tutorial on how to use SaaS headers, but I couldn’t get it to work the way I wanted.

This serves as an example of what I’m aiming towards.

The example site URL is using a fixed header. You can replicate this by utilizing the Header Builder and use the Fixed Right or Fixed Left layout.
