I am trying to figure out the smoothest and easiest way to recreate a mobile sitemap that looks just like (or similar to) the one that Apple have on their website when looking on it with my iPhone.
Any ideas on how the footer builder could be used for this?

You can take a look at plugins like Sitemap, WP Sitemap Page, HTML Page Sitemap to create sitemap page.
