Create a block from a Row / Column

Hi all,
I have a bit of a page that I really love and I’d like to create a Block template from it. I’m having difficulty.
The bit I need is an accordion, in a column, and it’s the only column in the row. Here’s a screenshot of the skeleton: http://take.ms/8moZv

Whatever I try, Pro is only offering to save the page as a template, not the part I’m interested in as a block.
Any ideas people?
