Crash after update - page edit in cornerstone

Dear helpers,

as some have posted here, editing existing pages no longer works in Corerstone. The contents are not displayed.
The solutions proposed here, from PHP settings to htacces changes, are not successful. Will there be a fix for these problems?

Hello Coco,

Thanks for sharing the details and updating the thread.

On my end Cornerstone is working pretty much fine. Please see screenshot. I suggest you to clear browser cache and try again.

Thanks.

Thank You Prasant!

Now it works in Chrome. After deleting the cache it still doesn’t work in Firefox.
I can’t understand it…

Hello Coco,

Thanks for updating the thread.

I opened the website in Firefox and tried editing couple of pages in the same and seems to be working absolutely fine on my end. Please see screencast. You might want to clear cache and may be update Firefox.

Thanks.

Crazy…

i have deleted all cache files. I dont use blocker or another stuff with Firefox. Just one extension is running.
I remember having this problem a long time ago. I just don’t know what the solution was anymore. It was still in the old support forum.

Coco

Hi Coco,

Try using the private mode of Firefox (ctrl/cmd + shift + p) where there is not cache and browser add-ons involve.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

Unfortunately not, I used the private mode and additionally switched off the virus scanner… nothing helps.

Coco
