Hi there, I had a previous topic post regarding crafty not installing correctly on my website. I have been busy the past 2 weeks, and thus the topic was closed. I checked the 4 steps you mentioned: PHP memory limit (758mb+), plugin and CSS interference (deactivated and deleted), and caching disabled. I have done all of these, but I cannot use anything from design cloud. After clicking install, a circle loading animation spins for around 2 seconds. It turns green and says “installed.” Upon refreshing the page, nothing has happened. And going back to Design Cloud, it shows Crafty is not installed. Please advice. I will attach a secret key with login username and password. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.
I check your website and confirm that when installing th Crafty it says installed but when refresh it is really not installed. I guess the reason why it is happening because you are using our Pro beta theme which is not officially released and has a lot to improve.
Here’s the deal, I tried to downgrade your theme to the latest version of Pro 3.2.3,
And when I tried to install the Crafty in the Design Cloud and then it’s installed successfully.
After installing the Crafty, I also updated the theme to Pro Beta, the way how it was installed before I touched your website.
