Crafty not installing in beta .02?

Hi there, I tried to install Crafty on one of my websites, using beta 2, and latest wordpress. After it goes green and says “installed,” nothing changes. Upon clicking refresh, the button returns to black “install.” Not sure what the issue is. I’ve now tried on 2 different sites. Same thing. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to it.

  1. PHP Memory Limit
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Disabling Cache
  4. Testing for plugin conflict

If you still find the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Please note that we are still testing the latest version of the theme i.e Beta2 and will release once it passes all the tests. Till then, I would like to request you to stick to the stable released version of the theme, please check the version compatibility page for the supported version.
