Crafty Blog Page Settings

Hi,
I am looking to have my blog page look as displayed here: https://demo.theme.co/crafty/blog/

On importing Crafty, all I get is a flat masonry layout here:

How do I bring in the setup used in the demo blog page? There is no editable layout on the imported demo page

Thanks for writing in! Please edit your posts and delete the “Hello World” post item so that you will have the same post items and the layout as well. Go to Settings > Reading and make sure to assign the page “Blog” as your Post Page:

Thanks, I feel a bit dumb now,
I usually just take the Hello World post and rewrite it into a proper blog post.
Works fine! (and yes, I know how to set the page to static ;))

I would like a sidebar on the blog page only - do I edit that in the CSS?

Hi @spinner,

You can select the specific Page Template for other pages that do not have the sidebar in them.
