which is the cleanest coded Custom Field and Custom Post Type plugin that I should use with Pro Theme?

Thanks for writing to us.

You can use the ACF Pro for the custom field plugin. You can use any custom post type plugin or you can custom code for the custom post type in the child theme. Please note we have not tested the plugin at our so we can not recommend it for the custom post type.
