CPT not showing up in Header/Footer Builders

Hi. I have made a few custom post types and a couple show up in the header/footer builders and the others do not. Can you tell me if I have a setting wrong or something?

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, please navigate to Pro > Settings and add your custom post types on the Allowed Post Types

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I should have let you know I had already done that and the CPTs mentioned do not show up.

Hello There,

By default, the header/footer builder can only display several CPTs. It displays the pages, posts, products, portfolio items and your custom post types. It is somehow limited to display less items. Could you please give us access to your site so that we can check your CPT and the builder?

Hey There,

I have logged in and I found out that only Voice Talent, CC Guide and CC Upload Scene displays in the header/footer builder. The rest did not because all of your items in the other CPT is only draft. You have to publish it publicly so that it will be shown in the header/footer builder.


Hope this explains it briefly.
