We just installed ConvertPlus and we can’t install the Infusionsoft Addon because the Addons page is empty.

Did you try clicking the Refresh Bundled Products button? If it didn’t make the addons show up, it could be that your web host blocks the connection to ConvertPlus server. Please contact your web host support to resolve the issue as they are the only ones who could see why ConvertPlus connection is being blocked. If you’re developing locally or offline, you will need to be online as connection to ConvertPlus’ server is required.
