Covert Plus Modal Popup won't load

This website (https://encounterchurchofpalmyra.org/) is on a multisite platform and has used this plugin previously with no issues. This week, we have gone in to create a new Modal Popup and it won’t load, we just get an endless load icon https://prnt.sc/rnf6hh.

I was able to activate the plugin on a different website on the multisite and it loaded fine. Knowing that, is there a known reason that this would not work? There are no other new plugins that have been added: https://prnt.sc/rnf75h and I know that testing plugin conflicts can be a little tricky on here so any help is appreciated.

Thank you for writing in, No, there is no known issue that causes this. But I saw your X theme is not updated as your Cornerstone. Please update your X theme to the latest version, and update your other X bundle extensions as well, you can refer for the latest supported versions here.

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
