COUNTER short code stopped working

As you can see here, my counters aren’t working. nothing was changed on the page.
I even copied a test code directly from the shortcodes page and that didn’t work either.
All plugin are updated.

Here’s the code I’m using (I temporarely changed he numbers so that num_start is the actual num_end so that it doesn’t show 0):
[columnize][counter num_start=“2800” num_end=“4800” num_speed=“1500” num_color="#2ecc71" text_above=“LMCE has over” text_below=“video lessons!”]
[counter num_start=“250” num_end=“450” num_speed=“1000” num_color="#16bfd4" text_above=“and has over” text_below=“NCBTMB-approved CE HOURS!”][/columnize]

The issue has been already reported to our issue tracker for further investigation by the development team. But there is no news on this till now. I have added your one into the thread so it can be also checked.
