Counter not working X theme 9.14

We upgrade yesterday Xtheme(to 9.14), cornerstore(to 6.1.4) and wordpress (5.9) and counters in home page not working ( see box MWH DI ENERGIA SCAMBIATA TRA PRODUTTORI E CONSUMATORI that remains always at 0).
I tried to re import site setting, but nothing
We don’t have any cache on site
