Counter is not counting

When scrolling to the Counter, it does not count unless it reaches the middle of the screen. Is this a bug? Any ways to resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out.
It is a default feature that the counter will start counting once you reach the section where it is placed. Otherwise, the counter will finish counting before you reach that section, and always see the last value, which will be very confusing.
