Counter Element Not Working Inside Post Carousel Slider

Hi,

I’m having an issue with the Counter Element not working inside a Post Carousel Slider that I have created. The counter element in the last post is stuck at ‘0’ in the slider until you navigate to the next slide.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have seen the screenshot where you explained the problem, but while checking the page, I found the Counter element is working correctly inside the Carousel of the Case Studies section. The only difference I can see is that you are checking it while logged in. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it after logging in, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: Please let us know if there are any specific steps to replicate the problem.
