Countdown timer and caching plugin

Hello,

I have a countdown timer on a client website that displays the wrong amount of time left. I suspect, Hummingbird, our caching plugin is minifying the script somehow.

I can tell Hummingbird to ignore some code when minifying, but I have no idea which bit of code will dictate the countdown timer. Could you give me some idea how I identify it?
