Countdown caching issues

Hi there,

We have a countdown on our website, however, the start time is being stored in the cache. So if we refresh the page, it doesn’t show you the correct time left, it shows you the correct time left from the first time you entered the page.

Any ideas how to fix this? We’re running cloudflare business.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have already narrowed down the cause of your problem. I would suggest you deactivate the Cloudefare temporarily and check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
