Could you please help me to remove header & footer menu from all posts pages.
I use X not Pro. Integrity. And the child theme.
is there any easy css to write?

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, there is no such way to remove the Header and Footer menu. You can hide the menu through the custom CSS but it loads into the DOM and can be viewed through the browser debugger. I would suggest you use the Pro instead of X to have the customizable Header for the posts.
