Could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete

I’m using Pro in my sandbox/development subdomain, and am getting this error:

I have deactivated all plugins. I have switched from the child theme to the parent (and switched back to child since error occurred in the parent theme as well.) I have enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG, and no Debug Log file appeared, so I’m assuming no problems found. I’ve disabled them again as recommended.

I’m at a loss as to what’s causing this. Help!

Thank you for writing in, this usually means somethings halted PHP execution, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If this did not resolve the issue, please provide us login credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Thanks for the quick response!

I have deactivated all plugins and still am having problem.

I’ve looked and looked, and I can’t see the Secure Note button to give you my login credentials. What am I missing? :confused:

I couldn’t reproduce this issue, please check the video screencast link I added in the secure note to this reply.

I suggest you try different browsers, specially Chrome incognito mode to exclude browser caching issues. Also, I can see your hosting provider has its own caching system. please try setting it to “Level (0)”.
