Cant validate theme. Turned off Firewall and still not working.

I have xtheme validated on various sites o the same server and have had no problems. When I input the key for this site it doesnt work. I even turned off the frewall from the security feature we have with Malcare and it still didnt go through. I contcated them to see if was a problem from their end bt they say it isnt.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you please troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have checked your website and found that you are using a much older version of X and i.e. 4.0.4. I would suggest you update the theme and try once to validate it.
Please remember to take a backup of your site or update the X into another instance and if everything goes fine there, migrate it to the live server.
