or it is not a parallax ? I am not quiet sure if this could be done using X theme and parallax option one page . COuld something similiar be achieved? thanks

Thanks for writing in.

It’s not just parallax, but yes, it’s another type of parallax which is different from the theme’s parallax. I recommend looking for the plugin that has the same feature. Maybe it could be done with Reslider’s parallax feature but I haven’t tried it yet.
