Cost Estimation & Payments Forms NOT ACTIVATING NOT DELETING

Hello

Please I cant seem to utilize this plugin (Cost Estimation & Payments Forms )

After I install from the validation page, clicking Activate only just loads forever. Same with clicking delete. Read a couple of threads and contacted my hosting provider and they said ; " Max memory limit provided in shared hosting is 128 MB and the execution is 120 which is maximum limit in shared hosting platform. Unfortunately it cannot be set to 300. Currently PHP version is 7.3. "

I have deleted (from file manager at host) and reinstalled several times but same story.
Hosting provider says I should contact developer as problem might be from script.

Please help resolve as urgent

Hey @itsmisterdavid,

Your web host is having trouble handling WordPress Heartbeat. This isn’t a problem with the Cost Estimation plugin because if that is the case, this will happen to all web host but it’s not. It’s working fine even in very cheap web host that are optimized for WordPress.

You could try reinstalling everything including WordPress.

As outlined by my colleague this is related to your hosting provider so please get in touch with them to resolve this as there is nothing we can do in this matter.

Apparently the problem is from the host so, I’m moving to a new one.
