Hi,

I am having an issue with this plugin.
I had link it with my woocommerce cart for the last step
Everything work fine but it only work in laptop.

I tested it in my mobile but the order didnt add to the cart when i went over to the last step.

Any solution for this?

.../wp-admin/admin-ajax.php: Request header field X-Requested-With is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers in preflight response.

I checked and compared your form to the actual demo and yes, it should be adding the item to cart. I like to see yu current setup, would you mind providing your admin login credentials in a secure note?

Hi there,

It’s not adding the product to the cart since it’s a variable product in which options are needed to be selected first. Looks like you can only link it to a single product, or single variation (pre-selected), but you couldn’t change or select options. It’s plugin limitation and they noted it in the discussion as an idea/feature request.

But it only happen in mobile but not in desktop

I can add product when in desktop or laptop

I had made a turn around for that issue.
I had choose each variation to a product and that is why I am able to add the product

But the issue here is that when using the form in my iphone, it is not working
In my laptop, the product is added perfectly.
Why is that?

You might just be having a browser caching in your phone. Please clear your mobile phone browser cache or use private browsing mode and test again.

It does not add the product to cart even on desktop on my end. This means the function is not consistent. Therefore, I would recommend that you follow @Rad’s suggestion. Please stay tuned when this feature will be supported or developed based on the feature request mentioned previously by other users.
