Cost Estimation & Payments Forms image not working in PDF

If I add an image to the PDF email - the PDF is not generated. I have tried using logos in my wordpress media library as well as on a hosting site like Imgur. Any image added to the PDF content causes the PDF to not be added to the email.

I assume this is a failure of the PDF generator for WP Cost Estimation & Payments Forms.

Thank you for the details. Any logo or image added to the form might have been hidden in PDF generation. Could you please provide us the url of the page where we can check your WP Cost Estimation & Payments Form so that we can investigate further?

I think that’s just the final page or thank you page, and it’s something we can’t really check through that URL. Would you mind providing your admin and FTP login credentials in the secure note?

Please note that any plugin that uses PDF generation is only limited to installed software within your hosting. Examples are http://www.fpdf.org/, https://tcpdf.org/, but, estimation form simply uses DOMPDF and maybe it could be related to the image processing feature of your host too.

I like to check it first but I can’t promise any solution if it happens to be host related.
