I created several product order forms using the E&P Form Builder earlier this year (around March) and it went well and the forms were working properly.
Yesterday, I needed to create a new form using the E&P Form Builder for another product to sell. But when I created multiple steps and tried to add links between them, nothing happened. I can drag the link-builder icon to the next step, but no link line appears and there is no indication that anything happened at all. When I release the mouse the link icon shoots back to the original step and there is no link line between the steps.
Obviously, this is essential to the use of the E&P plugin. I work in Firefox (Mac), but I tried it in Chrome and Safari with no joy. Tried deactivating and reactivating and still nothing.
Unfortunately, in trying to sort this issue out, I deactivated and deleted the E&P plugin, which also deleted my existing forms. AAGH! That was stupid on my part. Now I’ve had to close my site for construction while I either get a fix for this E&P issue, or find another solution. I’m thinking WooCommerce, but I’m getting an “old templates not supported” message with that plugin… but that’s a whole nother topic.
Would really like to resolve this E&P issue and get back to making some money.
