Corrupted Theme?

Hello. I have a website that seems to have a corrupted X-Pro theme. When I log into the WordPress dashboard, everything appears fine, but when I try to access Cornerstone, I get a 500 server error. The site is displaying fine in the browser, I am just unable to edit the pages with Cornerstone. I contacted the Hosting company and they insist all is good on their end. I have another site running on the same server, also using the same version of X-Pro and it is fine.

If I delete the X-Pro Theme and reinstall it, I will lose all of my CSS for sure, unless there is a way for me to access and copy it? I assume I will also lose all of my Theme option settings? Please advise.

Are you having trouble accessing the Cornerstone from WordPress admin dashboard? If that is the case, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN
  8. Increasing PHP Memory Limit
  9. Permalink

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

The Theme absolutely became corrupted somehow. My webhost migrated all of my sites to a new data center last night, and it somehow corrupted the X-Pro Theme on only one of the websites. I was able to restore the Theme from a backup of the site and all is good. You can close this post.

Thank you for the outstanding support you provide the community. I now have 9 live sites built with X-pro and more to come!
