Cornstone Issue

Hi, we have the Cornerstone plugin installed on our website and we’re having issues getting the page to open so that we can edit the page. The preview window is very tiny. Do you know what could be causing this?

Hi @ranchhouse,

The attached screenshot is not showing the correct image. Can you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?

Thanks

Here is the screenshot. The page will not expand any larger than this, and it’s making it impossible to update the content. Screenshot-2021_cropped|690x378

For some reason my screenshot doesn’t seem to show up after I post it. You can also see it here: https://martindalefeed.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Screenshot-2021_cropped.jpg

Also, the website we’re having issues with is: https://martindalefeed.com/

Hi @ranchhouse,

Thanks for reaching out!

Would you mind sharing your admin credentials so that we can check the back-end and confirm the issue? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you.

Posted my details above in a secure note. Thanks so much for taking a look!

Hello @ranchhouse,

It seems that a 3rd party plugin is preventing the builder from loaded and setting up a maximum width of up to 700 pixels only.

Please do a plugin conflict test by deactivating each of the plugins one after the other. You’ll know which plugin is causing it when the issue is resolved as soon as you test the Cornerstone builder.

And also, please resolve any of those performance issues in your Tools > Site Health.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
